Homemade hair conditioning
treatments for everyone
Here's some recipes for the Do-It-Yourselfers. These are really fun and easy to make and work alot
better than the store brand 'deep conditioners. Even if your hair is bleached and dyed i think your hair
will react very well to these natural recipes since the hair is usually very damaged as a result of
bleaching alone. If you are interested in more homemade hair and body care recipes i put the links at
the bottom of the page. They include recipes from how to make natural shampoos to hair gels and hairspray
as well as facials, etc.

# Of Applications: 1; Prep. Time: 0:25
ingredients: 2 Tbls. olive oil, 1 Tbls. honey
-Combine oil and honey in small plastic sandwich bag.
-Fill a coffee cup with water and heat until almost boiling.
-Dip sandwich bag in water just until oil is warmed.

Homemade Hair Mask
(http://www.jorbins.com/bath-beauty-magazine/articles/hair-mask-recipe.php)
1/2 cup of ripe avocado
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 banana (I prefer it not to be too ripe)
1 egg yolk
Massage it in to your hair and especially your scalp. Cover it with a shower cap. You can also use a gallon size baggie in a pinch. Wait 45 minutes to an hour then rinse it off thoroughly and shampoo as usual. This beauty recipe is a keeper, I love the way it makes my hair look and feel.
Mayonnaise Conditioning Treatment
Mayonnaise is a great conditioner for dry hair.
Depending on the length of your hair, apply approximately 1/2 cup of mayonnaise to your dry hair. Work into hair really well and then cover your hair with a plastic bag, allowing to set for about 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and then shampoo as usual.
Egg Treatments
A nourishing conditioner for dry or damaged hair which can be used for all hair types: Separate the white of an egg from the yolk, whip it to a peak. Add 1 Tbls. water to the yolk and blend until the mixture is creamy. Then mix the white and yolk together. Wet your hair with warm water, remove the excess moisture, and apply the mixture to your scalp with your fingertips. Massage gently until the froth is worked into your scalp, then rinse the hair with cool water. Keep applying the mixture until it is used up and then rinsed until all of the egg is washed away.
Egg & Olive Oil Hair Mask Recipe
